I really love your explanation for prayer. It feels so right. I am going to practice it first thing in the morning. It feels like it is the missing peace that I was looking for because it never really felt right the way I did it, although I always ask for a change in thinking or for better understanding or for sending His love through me to people I think need it. My biggest interference in communicating with God is noise in my head. Not necessarily negativity, but noise is interrupting my conversation. I definitely feel this noise is from the devil because I believe prayer/time with God is the best defense to the devil’s manipulation. With Zen’s input, it is easier to stay on track and more easily find my way back when I veer. The course gave me skills to quiet the thoughts that were not from God and listen more deeply.
